4. ORDERING PROCESS:

STEP 1: REQUEST A SAMPLE

  • SAPA LEGEND provides a 200–500 g green coffee sample for the buyer to evaluate the product quality, cup profile, and technical specifications.


STEP 2: QUOTATION AND COMMERCIAL TERMS

  • Incoterms: FOB or CIF
  • MOQ: Flexible based on the buyer’s requirements
  • Quotation Basis: Current market conditions, coffee type, quality specifications, and order volume


STEP 3: ORDER CONFIRMATION

  • Order Details: Product specifications, order volume, price, Incoterms, and delivery schedule
  • Payment Terms: T/T or L/C at sight, subject to mutual agreement


STEP 4: CARGO PREPARATION AND QUALITY INSPECTION

  • The coffee is prepared according to the buyer-approved specifications and inspected for quality before shipment.


STEP 5: SHIPMENT

  • Shipping Methods: Sea freight or air freight
  • Ports of Loading for Sea Freight: Hai Phong Port or Cat Lai Port
  • Export Documentation Support: Certificate of Origin (C/O), Phytosanitary Certificate, ICO Certificate of Origin, and other documents required by the destination market
